LAURA AARTS GOALKEEPING CAMP MALTA

If you are a young goalkeeper looking for a water polo camp to improve your goalkeeper’s skills this is the one for you.
This camp is a unique opportunity to train with and learn from Laura Aarts, one of the best goalkeepers in the history of women’s waterpolo. Laura has won multiple medals at club and at international level in the European and World Championships as well as the Olympics.
This is a camp in which participants spend five unforgettable days with a great champion goalkeeper. They will stay in the same hotel as Laura, eat their meals with Laura and all training sessions are conducted by her personally. The camp is intended to teach young goalkeepers not only to improve their skills but to learn how to train, especially at a young age when most probably they do not have a goalkeepers’ coach at their team.
The camp is being held at the Sirens ASC pool in St. Paul’s Bay, Malta from 5th to 8th August, both dates included. We therefore suggest that participants arrive on 4th August and leave on the 9th August. The camp will be held in collaboration with the Sirens Aquatic Sports Club.
The camp is organized by SPR Travel, a destination management company specializing in aquatic sports camps and is fully licenced by the Malta Tourist Authority. We offer a 24 hour emergency service to all our clients and any assistance they may require during their stay in Malta. For the past 16 years we have collaborated very successfully with the top names of world waterpolo, swimming and artistic swimming organizing camps and competitions for participants of all ages.
Whats Included?
The package on offer is based on a stay of 6 days/5 nights and consists of:
- Accommodation in the three star Topaz Hotel on full board basis
- Airport transfers on arrival and departure
- Two training sessions a day run by Laura herself
- An excursion to Valletta and the National Pool to watch Premier League waterpolo games
